What are we doing here?
Back from humble beginnings (link below for original blog):
As someone who has had my fair share of service jobs, I can confidently say that the customer is usually wrong (If you disagree, you've obviously never worked in this industry). While not all complaints are unfounded, these sites have encouraged patrons to hold the threat of a bad review over our heads as if it wields any sort of power. Almost nothing goes unreviewed these days - from restaurants to the Pacific Ocean to the haircut of the man sitting in front of you on the bus. And if that much energy can be put into something so petty and unnecessary then CHALLENGE ACCEPTED.
I will review those reviews.
