I may have been to this restaurant once or twice, though I can neither confirm nor deny the validity of your accusations. What I can say is, I bet the owners of this restaurant will read this and say "Some guy named Jeff in Monterey Park who spells it 'ceRviche' (in the voice of Fozzie Bear) says we should close our business unless we redo the whole menu, and you know what? He's right." And then they'll get right on that.
